Privacy policy
Effective October 14, 2026. Exceptional Touch Home Health, LLC, 100 West Amite St, Ste 140, Jackson, MS 39201.
This policy says, in plain English, what this website and our office collect from you, what we do with it, and what we do not do.
What this policy covers
This policy covers this website and the information you give us when you call, email or visit our office because of it. Once you become a client, your written service agreement also applies, and it governs your care records.
What we collect
Information you give us. When you call or email, we may keep your name, your phone number, your email address, and what you tell us about your loved one and the care they need. We keep it so we can call you back and plan a visit.
Basic server logs. Our hosting provider records your IP address, the pages you visited, the time, and the kind of browser you used. We use these only to keep the site working and secure.
What we do not do
- We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone.
- We do not run advertising trackers or ad networks on this site.
- There are no online forms on this site. The employment applications on the careers page are PDFs you download and email to us.
How we use your information
To answer you. To arrange a free in-home visit. To plan and provide care once you become a client. To keep our own record of who we spoke with and when. That is the list.
Health information
Families often tell us about a diagnosis, such as dementia, or about what a typical day looks like at home. We use those details only to plan and deliver care, and we share them only with the caregivers assigned to your family. If you become a client, your service agreement governs how your care records are kept.
How long we keep it
If you call and we do not end up working together, we keep your details only as long as it takes to answer you and close the conversation. If you become a client, we keep your records for as long as we provide care, and afterward only as long as we need them for our own records or a legal requirement.
Text messaging
If you give us your mobile number and agree to receive text messages, we may send you appointment confirmations, visit reminders, care updates, and replies to questions you asked us. If you separately agree to promotional messages, we may also send service updates, care resources, review requests, and occasional offers. You can agree to one kind, both, or neither. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages. Reply HELP for help, or call or email us using the details below.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
Third parties
Three companies handle your information on our behalf: the company that hosts this website, the company that provides our phone service, and Google, which provides the Gmail address we use for email. They see only what they need to do that job. We do not give your information to anyone else unless the law requires it. Please do not email urgent medical information; call the 24/7 line.
Links to other sites
This site links to a few outside sites, such as Google Maps, Google reviews and Facebook. Their privacy policies apply once you leave our site, and we do not control what they collect.
Children
This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Your choices
Ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Call the office or send an email and we will do it. If you are a current client, some records have to stay with your service agreement, and we will tell you which.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will post the new version here with a new effective date. We will not change it in a way that lets us sell your information.
