Information only
Everything on this site is general information about in-home care and about our agency. It is not medical advice, and it is not a substitute for talking with your loved one's doctor. If you have a medical question, ask a medical professional. If someone is in danger, call 911.
What we are
We are a non-medical in-home care agency. We help with personal care, companionship, meals, light housekeeping, transportation and similar daily needs. We do not provide nursing or medical care. Medication support is reminders only, not administration. What we do at home describes each service.
Care is provided under a separate agreement
Nothing on this site is an offer to provide care, and reading it does not make you a client. Care is provided only under a written service agreement between you and Exceptional Touch Home Health, LLC. If anything on this site differs from your service agreement, the agreement controls.
No promises about outcomes
We keep the site as accurate as we can, but we do not make promises about outcomes on this site. Whether we can help your family, and how, is worked out during the free in-home visit and written into a care plan you approve, not here.
Text messaging program
Who sends the messages: Exceptional Touch Home Health, LLC, Jackson, Mississippi.
What we send, with your consent to informational messages: appointment confirmations, visit reminders, care updates, and replies to questions you asked us.
What we send, with your separate consent to promotional messages: service updates, care resources, review requests, and occasional offers. Consent to promotional messages is optional and separate from consent to informational messages. You can agree to one, both, or neither.
How often: message frequency varies with your interactions with us. Most people receive a few messages a month.
Cost: message and data rates may apply. We do not charge for the messages themselves.
Opting out: reply STOP to any message from us. You will get one confirmation that you are unsubscribed, then nothing further.
Getting help: reply HELP to any message, email exceptionaltouchms@
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of receiving care from us or of buying anything.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Your information is handled according to our privacy policy.
Content and ownership
The text, photographs, logo and design on this site belong to Exceptional Touch Home Health, LLC, or are used with permission. You may print or share pages for personal, non-commercial use. Please do not copy the site, its photographs or its wording.
Links to other sites
We link to outside sites, such as Google Maps and Facebook. We do not control them, and we are not responsible for what they say or for how they treat your information.
Limitation of liability
We provide this site as it is. We are not liable for any loss or damage that comes from using it or relying on it, including errors in the content, links that stop working, or the site being unavailable. This does not limit any liability that Mississippi law does not allow us to limit, and it does not apply to care provided under a service agreement, which has its own terms.
Mississippi law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Mississippi, and any dispute about this site belongs in the courts of Mississippi.
Changes
We may update these terms. The effective date at the top tells you when. Using the site after a change means you accept the new terms.
