Our office is downtown on West Amite Street. Our caregivers work in homes across Hinds, Madison and Rankin counties, in the 18 communities below.
Exceptional Touch provides non-medical in-home care in Jackson, Mississippi and 17 nearby towns across Hinds, Madison and Rankin counties. From our downtown office, Pearl and Flowood are about 10 minutes away and Canton, up I-55, about 35. We come to you for the free in-home visit, then match a caregiver who can get to your parent's door on the days you need.
By county

Jackson is home, and our office is downtown. Hinds County also takes us west to Clinton and south to Byram and Terry.
North of Jackson. Ridgeland and Madison sit closest to the city, and we go up to Canton as well.
East and south of Jackson. Pearl and Flowood are right next door, with Brandon beyond them.

Whether we can take on a home comes down to one thing: matching a caregiver who can get there reliably on the days you need. So we will give you a straight answer on the phone, not a maybe.
What we do does not change by town. The same in-home services, the same free visit, the same weekly check-in, in Byram as in Canton.
